This Sea Dog dons his best bedazzled tricorn hat, and puts on the love heart sunglasses he hornswaggled from a scallywag who was three sheets to the wind. Yo Ho Ho! Happy JazzFest! The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival always inspires amazingly creative headgear, and after a two-year hiatus, JazzFest 2022 did not disappoint! Wear Y’Hat!
