She came to JazzFest from Oakland. The bird came from Canada. She told me they coordinated with each other to match colors. Happy as a Lark? Crazy as a Loon? Only her friend with the feathered hat knows for sure! The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival always inspires amazingly creative headgear, and after a two-year hiatus, JazzFest 2022 did not disappoint! Wear Y’Hat!
