BUKU Music + Art Project is a two-day music and arts festival founded in 2012 and held at Mardi Gras World. BUKU considers itself to be a boutique event that delivers a big festival punch without compromising its house-party vibe. BUKI describes itself a follows: vibrant music and art festival meets underground warehouse party celebrating the progressive subculture of New Orleans. It’s a New Orleans playground … the lines between fan and performer are blurred … am I looking at art or sitting on its? Does it matter? Let go and immerse yourself in: BUKULTURE!
